Eco-Friendly Cleaning

You name it, we clean it!

How long will my carpets take to dry?

It will depend on several factors: the amount of soiling within the carpet, the length of the pile and the temperature both inside and outside the property.

One of our staffs’ key skills is their ability to clean carpets thoroughly, leaving the carpets as dry as possible.
Our modern, efficient machines remove large amounts of moisture, so your carpets should dry rapidly. You’ll be able to use them soon after we leave.

How long do you have to stay off carpet after cleaning?

Ideally, avoid heavy traffic and keep children and pets off the carpet for at least 6 hours after cleaning. If you must walk across the carpet to get to another part of the house, do it 30 minutes after cleaning it by removing your shoes and wearing a pair of clean white socks to protect the carpet.

How often should carpets be cleaned?

To keep your carpet looking and performing at its best, The Carpet and Rug Institute recommends having your carpet professionally deep-cleaned every 12 to 18 months. Bear in mind that this recommended frequency is a general guideline only and can vary based on your particular circumstances.

How often should carpets be replaced?
Carpet fibers often become matted and frayed within just 3-5 years. A carpet can only be expected to last 5-15 years from installation, so if your carpet it starting to look a little beat-up then it’s probably time to replace it. Areas that see the most wear and tear are usually the hallways, stairs, and living areas.
How long will it take you to clean my carpets?

We can give you some estimates, but it will vary, depending on the degree of soiling and stains:
Approximately one and a half hours for a three-bedroom house.
About an hour for a hall, stairs, landing and a lounge
About an hour for a three-piece suite
As we use the latest technology, our turnaround times are fast, ensuring that you can use your office or your home as quickly as possible.

How Do You Remove Stains From Carpet?

It’s what made us famous. First, we’ll provide a comprehensive walkthrough to determine which method to use. Once we identify the best route to take, we’ll use our eco-friendly Green Carpet Cleaner, CB2, to spot treat stains, and then we apply a light mix of formula over the entire area of the carpet. Next, we’ll use 100 percent cotton bonnets and a rotary carpet cleaner to gently extract the soil from the fibers. Remember, most furniture removal, vacuuming and grooming can be left to us.

What are the 3 basic styles of carpet?

Carpets are made of fibers that are cut, looped or cut and looped. Although there are several different subcategories of carpet styles, all fall within one of these three groups.
